On Sunday April 6, 2008 GermanTownship Volunteer Fire Deaprtment held its Second Annual Safety Day Open House. There was an excellent turn out. The weather was wonderful. Kids of all ages enjoyed rides on a fire truck, using a fire extinguisher, watching the slide show about St. Marys LifeFlight and meeting their neighbors and saying thanks to the fire fighters.
